This beautiful piece of land, with prime river frontage offers a lot of potential for either private use, or an ideal new location for a new hospitality venture. It is close to the Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park, and the international airport is only a 30 minute drive away. The mighty Victoria falls are approximately 40 minutes away.
The plot has approximately 250m river frontage. On one side is a quiet upmarket lodge, and the other side sits a private house, also quiet.
There is plenty of wildlife that passes through the property, including elephants, zebra, impala, warthogs etc. Hippo can be seen and heard in the river on a daily basis.
At the top of the plot next to the main road is a small settlement. Because this land has been off the market for so long, the settlement has probably encroached beyond the plot boundary. Moving them after such a long period of time may prove difficult, so a small area of the plot at the top should probably be considered as unusable. But considering it is the least useful part of the plot, this should not disrupt any plans you may have with the property.
With river frontage in Livingstone becoming extremely rare, this would make for a great opportunity to take up one of the last sections of river that could be used for a tourism venture, or personal getaway.
