Leopards Hill at a glance
This upcoming area of Lusaka well developed and growing from strength to strength in its development is a highly sort area . With more roads being tarred in order to have the entire ring road around Lusaka, this area has continuous development going on and is growing by the day. Housing consists of many townhouses in complexes, some beautiful architecture where we find modern ranch style homes along with the quaint old farmhouses. Predominately a farming area , sadly over the last 10 years this is has rapidly become an elite, trending suburb of Lusaka. Various schools in the area, predominately the American International school , a small, montessori school and the very special little farm school Leopards cub. Along with the character of the area is the little village shopping centre, with amazing goodies and offering the service of a small delicatissen is The Pantry. Along side this you have Porticos with the best Pizzas in town. Sugarbush cafe is a great country resuraunt ,with its ductch gabled shop and beautiful grounds and play areas, a perfect place for family outings. Also in the area is the uique monkey pools which is stunning with its clear pools ad small waterfalls trickling inot them. Situated in these landscaped grounds, looking like a picturebook is the clubhouse, which with its comfortable armchairs and grand decor makes you feel like you could be in the movie Out of Africa. Membership is available , otherwise entrance fee is paid. The clubhouse is opening its doors to weekend meals and some evening meals. This is situated on an estate where you can live securely on your own 3 to 5 acre plot, enjoying the space and ambience of the area. Of course one gem I forgot to mention is the Zambean coffee shop, well worth a visit.
Last but not least, Leopards hill is well known for its sporting facillities. Polo Crosse, cricket , moto park, ,shooting range, and of course very popular for our mountain bikers, runners, and walkers.
